At Shenew, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer an easy return process.
Return Period
You may return items within 5 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
- To claim any missing or damaged items, an unboxing video is a must. The video should clearly show the sealed, unopened box from all sides, and the seal must be opened in front of the camera. Please make the unboxing video as soon as you receive the parcel.
Claims can only be made within 2 days of delivery.
No claims will be accepted after 2 days.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support at info@shenew.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will send you return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
